Christmas Gifts: Hot Chocolate Mix

This was the second of our Christmas gifts for Caitie's teacher, Mrs Worrall. This one was a hot chocolate mix and was surprisingly simple to make.

In a glass container, Caitie put quarter of a cup of miniature marshmallows, 200g dark chocolate and half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.





Doesn't it look decadent? We put directions on the label for Mrs Worrall: 'Heat 4 cups of milk in a saucepan on medium until bubbles form around the edge of the saucepan. Remove from heat. Add contents of jar. Heat and stir on low for about 5 minutes until smooth. Serves 4.'
